I have been investing in the Toledo area for over 6 years, and have now dedicated my career to help others with their investment goals. My wife Jackelyn & I own a property management, maintenance, and remodeling company and know what it takes to achieve financial independence and escape the rat race. I am a University of Findlay graduate where I played varsity baseball. After a short move to California, I knew I wanted to come back to my hometown to learn the ins and outs of investing in Real Estate. My first investment was a triplex near the University of Findlay where I was able to put 3.5% down (FHA) while living in one unit, and renting out the other two. In 2016 I met my wife Jackelyn and we sold that property to buy a 4 unit in Toledo. Over the last 5 years, we have grown our portfolio to over 80 units - a combination of small to larger apartment buildings and single family homes. The most rewarding part is finding a distressed property, bringing it back to life, and handing over the keys to a new family who will call it home.

The past year has been a remarkable journey marked by both personal and professional achievements. I am proud to have obtained my Ohio Broker's License. Equally momentous, my wife and I joyously welcomed our first child, Lily, into our lives, adding immeasurable joy and inspiration to our family.

In my spare time, I enjoy listening to podcasts, remodeling homes, reading, fishing, enjoying the outdoors with my two dogs Dolly & Daisy, cheering on the Cleveland Indians, and traveling to St. Pete Beach, Florida.
